Autopost to Steam Chat

announce.sh should be able to post an announcement to a specified Steam Chat group + channel automatically, appending @all to the start of the plain text message.

Steam chat uses XMPP as it's backend. It's possible to log into it using the XMPP standard (or a slightly adjusted version for steam) as a steam user. That way automation can be done with proper API usage, without any scraping bot f**kery.
