Why are the results of Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny analysis sometimes different from the results in scopus? For example, Document by Affiliations in scopus, the results are different from Most Relevant Affiliations in Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny.

I think that is the issue with bibliometrix counting by number of authors affiliated in each paper, but im not 100% sure about it

I think we need an explanation from @massimoaria because bibliometrix has become a global application, and issues like this should be explained in detail.

Yes it's true.
Bibliometrix uses full counting when calculating author and affiliation frequencies.
