doc: Update section `Build the desktop image` with current blueprints state #179

https://github.com/maruos/maruos/blob/master/docs/developer/build.md#build-the-desktop-image uses old method to build desktop image, and blueprints supports docker script now, and we can update it with hints, and add blueprints' README link to it for deeper understanding need. cc @pdsouza .
