Do not disturb is not blocking sound from Telegram FOSS

Hi,

I installed Telegram FOSS from F-droid repository and I have Do not disturb mode enabled with Priority Only setting, but I still have sound with each message that arrives to telegram. I can disable the notifications completely, but can't disable only sound neither in Telegram or through Do not disturb mode.
In notification settings for Telegram you can change priority for each group/private chat/channel, but this is getting reset back to High after while.

How to reproduce:

1. Install f-droid apk from https://www.f-droid.org/
2. Install telegram from f-droid
3. Enable Do not disturb mode on MaruOS
4. Enable Push notifications on Telegram
5. Wait for any message

Current output:
Notification sound is played

Expected output:
No sound is played
