Need option to test all mirrors

In some local network, the same country does not mean faster than foreign countries.

Please add an option to test all mirrors.

@galaxy001 THX for advice, but test all mirrors will be super slow. I'd suggest manually pick some potential mirrors from foreign countries around your country, and add them (one URL per line) to ~/mirrors.txt , for example, and then run apt-smart -l -F ~/mirrors.txt
