"New" API sections

Implement (newly added) API sections:

• Ventede saker
  • These are cases expected to be received by Stortinget soon
• Period parties
  • This is not new, but only session parties is available in the package now
• Current MPs
  • This might also always have been there. But, it contains current MPs
  • Can be implemented in get_parlperiod_mps() -- if no id given, return current?
• Current government
  • Basic information on current ministers -- not very rich data, but should add
• Current speaker list
  • List of speakers in current meeting -- dynamically updated
  • Originally, did not implement because it seems unlikely to be useful for package users
