[Change Request] Make the stop command stop playing audio instead of making the bot leave the channel

Hey, that's actually a pretty good idea!

There could be three distinct commands:

• !stop: Bot stops playing
  • Stays in channel if stayInChannel is enabled
  • Leaves channel if not
• !leave: Bot stops playing, and leaves the channel
• !clear: Bot continues playing current sound, but queue is cleared

The perfect crime! I like this approach, the ability to have the bot leave the channel definitely has value for users. And clear is great to get rid of queue clutter (as it can happen time to time)
