@mxyolande can you specify what you are trying to do? Did you download a pre build app and that won't open, or are you trying to build it from source?

Perhaps it's about permissions ? Try to hold CMD and select open from context menu ( right mouse button)

Hey Sydney, I don't think Xcode extensions are system-build-dependent but rather Xcode-version dependent (c.f. Xcode release notes). I managed to reproduce the issue however I have no clear idea to why Xcode behaves in that manner. I haven't had time to to submit a radar however. I'll try to get that done this week before WWDC.
