To run notebook:

open https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/marisly/stats/master
Wait untill the "Starting repository: marisly/stats/master" finishes
Upload file with poll results in the same format as mShop PI 3 Health Check (Responses) - Form responses 1 (Final).csv
Open charts.ipynb
Correct ln[2] - and write filename of the new CSV file.
Click Cell Menu > Run All

All charts will load in a minute

All png images written to the folder: \PI3
