[Feature Request] Blacklisted channels configuration for the giveaway sniper

Most servers make a test giveaway in their music channels to see if anyone is botting so i would like to be able to whitelist just a few channels in a server to enter giveaways in and ignore all the other channels to avoid suspicion.

Describe the solution you'd like

add a whitelist/blacklist feature for channels

How will this be beneficial to the sniper

it will be safer and avoid suspicion of botting in servers by not joining giveaways in random channels

Please provide an example of usage of this feature

It would be used to create a Whitelist of channels for the sniper to only enter giveaways in those channels and not join any possibly test giveaways meant to find bots
