[Feature Request] Invite Sniper blacklist/whitelist

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I'd like to see a whitelist/blacklist function be added to the invite part of the sniper.

Describe the solution you'd like

Basically just add some more functionality to the invite part of the sniper

How will this be beneficial to the sniper

Allows people to snipe invites in groups where secret groups are sent w/ a low amt of invites.

Please provide an example of usage of this feature

Not everyone wants to be spammed with random groups and is trying to target a server where they're looking for a specific invite to be sent. Thanks!
