Where is the real main repo?

marcuswestin/node-kafka has this in the README.md:

Main project repo moved
This project is most actively used and maintained by Taylor Gautier at Tagged.

Please see the Tagged node-kafka repo.

but Tagged version is:

"version": "0.1.7",

this one is:

"version": "0.2.3",

...which is what is published... what's the real repo?

...and most importantly, where do we report issues?
