Hyrule Warriors Save Editor Not Working

I did as instructed. It works when I max out Rupees & Materials. But EVERYTHING ELSE is non-responsive. I tried increasing Link's level to 99, but when I load the game back up, it's still at Level 14. I can't even modify the weapons. That editor acts like it doesn't recognize anything below the Materials section.

Is there something about this editor that we don't know about? And as I was looking for a solution to this, other people are having the same problem.
