the trick is to resize the art board then hit command+L
the real fix would be:
every time user hits command+L re-apply constraints REGARDLESS of art board dimension change. (even if the art board hasn't changed in size, the program should recalculate everything)
That's making the assumption that you're using this for artboards. What about an element inside an artboard. Like a table row. That's the issue. Then you're working on a group level.
Plugin is great. Updates are fantastic.
What would be great is if a group had a background layer, that the boundaries would be set relative to that object.
For things like cells, if you resize and object and there are layers outside of it, they end up defining the max width or height
