Feat: replace subtitles IDs with file names

Since the subs ID are an arbitrary number, exposing them to user isn't very helpful.
A suggestion was made to replace the exposed sub ID with the sub's file name. That way a user could theoretically pick the right file.

I still need to test if Stremio has any limitations on the sub's ID to make this work.
