Update on the reqeust to work on Privacy Policy

I am through with the Privacy Policy. I was about working on the FAQs but couldn't access the app. It keeps crashing.

Since I am not able to use the app, I will have to stop the FAQs.

Regarding the crash, what Android Version are you running and which Lunary version do you have installed?

About the Privacy Policy: Unfortunately I hadn't had time to look through it yet. Thank you for helping out though, I really appreciate it and hopefully I can take a closer look at it tomorrow

There is no problem with that. Please go through it when you chanced. Take your time.

I am using Android 7.0, and I installed but the latest version of the app on Fdroid and Playstore.
I asked a friend today to install on his android 8.1.0, and it worked for him.

You could assist with the FAQ by dropping questions, and the answers or probably I will leave it which I wouldn't want to.

@Kelita I'm awfully sorry for the delay, something with Google came up. Seems like they pulled Lunary from the store without any detailed information on why that is. So I've been gathering all kinds of infos I can send too Google for an appeal. That's why those crashfixes are currently on hold now. I hope we can clear this up soon.

About the privacy policy: I think it looks really good. Do you have any insight on the legal aspect of it, does it include everything needed for it to be a valid privacy policy in the EU? I think some disclosure of Google Analytics and Admob is required since the Google Play build includes those two things. Legalities are not exactly my area of expertise so I appreciate any feedback and input from that front.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your app been kicked out of the store. No problem about the delay, I also have been a little bit busy. I think the Privacy Policy covers everything needed. I am still making research, so in case I find anything I will let you know but for now, that all I have on it.

I think for EU policy there is likely this informations will be required:

• Processing Personal Data
• Data Controller and Data Processor.
