Compare Spectrums of Two or More Spectra

Desired Behaviour

IMAT have mentioned that comparing spectrums of from different stacks can be useful and would like to be able to view one or many spectrums at a time within MI.

We should explore the idea of expanding the compare images window to allow users to compare 2 or more images or purely spectra data. Create a few user interface designs and report back to team and IMAT with UI suggestion

MI does not have a dedicated compare spectra window.
