We should update the manual testing documentation for the ISIS Reflectometry GUI following feedback on #36700:

  • Polarisation Corrections manual testing instructions need to be clearer about which combo boxes are being referred to for selecting options (i.e. when we're talking about the Polarisation Corrections or Polarisation Efficiencies combo boxes).

  • When testing the save file formats, it causes confusion that switching between formats causes a new file to be created when the extension has changed. It would help to explicitly state this in the instructions.

  • The instructions need to be updated so that you're looking for another run of ReflectometryISISLoadAndProcess rather than ReflectometryReductionOneAuto when testing the Preview tab.

  • For deleting Preview tab regions, make it clear that it's the Delete key rather than backspace that should be pressed.

  • When checking history in the Preview tab test instructions, explain how to find ReflectometryReductionOneAuto and the sum banks algorithm by expanding the history.
