LibreOffice offers two versions, both updated: 7.6.4 for “technology enthusiast, early adopter” and 7.5.9 that “has been tested for longer”. https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
Latest considers that LibreOffice 7.5.9 is not updated, showing 7.6.4 as an update.
Regarding LibreOffice:
I am a little confused, the website shows two versions: 24.2.0 and 7.6.4. No 7.5.9 to be found..
Mac Mouse:
I think this is the same app, I don't think this can be differentiated within Latest. You can hit the Ignore button on that app in Latest, so that it does not show you the update anymore.
LibreOffice 24.2 was released yesterday, 31 January 2024, https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2024/01/31/libreoffice-24-2/
“For users who don’t need the latest features and prefer a version that has undergone more testing and bug fixing, The Document Foundation maintains the LibreOffice 7.6 family, which includes several months of back-ported fixes. The current release is LibreOffice 7.6.4 Community.”

Similar situation for Mac Mouse Fix: “If you would like to keep using Mac Mouse Fix 2 - that's okay as well. It will remain free forever and I plan to make sure that it keeps working on future macOS versions.”
