I'm having a problem when using react-scrollbars with snap-scroll css property #380

The scroll-snap property causes your child divs to receive parameters for fixed lathes. However, it also changes the children of react-scrollbars or simply does not work with scroll-snap.

added react-custom-scrollbar with ( CSS ) values, then updated .view class with snap-type it works now but scrolling is JOLTS and is LAGGY
