Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The program should have multi-lingual support.

Describe the solution you'd like.
The language tokens should be freely configurable in the settings.json file.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
The language tokens are hard-written to the binary resource file and Windows chooses the language automatically.
