bundle error #140

There is a error in bundle install,
Gem::InstallError: listen requires Ruby version >= 2.2.3, ~> 2.2.

Looks like listen requires Ruby version >= 2.2.3, ~> 2.2.

I think it is OK, if only ruby versions, which are still maintained by ruby itself, are supported.
