Abort automatic setup

While automatic setup is in progress, the Auto button could turn into an Abort button. Clicking it stops the automatic setup operation at the current point.

If the operation has selected a player that is about to be moved, aborting could either stop immediately (leaving the player selected), complete the move operation, or deselect the player.

This will be particularly useful while in the middle of a multi-day setup, if #3 is implemented.
