Feature request: highlighting for text files #57

Some elements of plain text files can be highlighted to make editions more comfortable. For example:

Numbers
Text in quotes
hyperlinks
dates/times
brackets

Such highlighting would be very helpful for people keeping their personal notes as a bunch of text files. Thanks!

Below is reference highlighting as done by far2l's editor "colorer" plugin and rule set for text file highlighting:
