Responsive column order & width

Description (*)

It would be very useful to be able to change columns width and order for phone & desktop and not only have them be full width on phone and in the same order as the desktop content.

Expected behaviour (*)

In the popin used for configuration of a column there is two section (Desktop, Phone) containing the following inputs :

• a select labelled "Column width" containing options from 1/12 to 12/12
• a number input labelled "Column order"

Depending on the options setted, CSS style is generated to define a width and an order on the desktop & phone view.

Benefits

Make designing a responsive content with page builder more user friendly.

In general, a separated configuration for desktop and mobile view would be appreciated. Mobile layout is a total different thing. With the lack of being able to hide content/cols etc or even set different padding/spacing on mobile etc. it is very hard without custom css to work with the breakpoints. And try to tell non tech users that.
