The ma_open_cl_info commandline utility detects all OpenCL devices in the
system and then attempts to run a simple matrix multiplication on all of them,
comparing results and times with a result obtained on the local CPU. This way,
one can identify potential speed improvements of using OpenCL as well as test
GPGPU with a simple program.
