Add support for Extism WASM plugins to lychee-bin. When using lychee on the command line it should be possible to specify Extism WASM plugin files that run through the RequestChain that was implemented in #1389.

A proof of concept for this is implemented in extism-prototype. Make this prototype ready to merge and release, some additional planning, testing and documentation will be required.
