It seems redundant. We already display errors, why do more? Is the user going to be confused if we don't show anything?

Perhaps a command line should specify the required behavior. This is more complex than it looks because of deciding where to put the ok string (row, column) in the face of a variable output. Perhaps an interesting puzzle for someone to pick up.
