allowing to filter out codes that are no longer actively maintained

P.S. To be defined what "actively maintained" means.

We should certainly enable filtering out codes whose websites are no longer reachable (or we can decide to delete them after a grace period).

Since this list aims to be useful to practitioners in the field (more than just being a historical record), we should simply include a sentence that simulation engines that are no longer maintained are removed from the list.
