_email operator suggestion

Operator to validate email address. Not critical, but nice to have.

Indeed, this is not a great DX. Think we should consider an operator wrapping something like https://zod.dev/
For now, you can easily extend your apps operators with a custom plugin.

If it's just a regex, I'd suggest that, as a user of Lowdefy, I've found it more than sufficient to simply hide complex behavior behind a _ref ... provided that there is some way to implement it natively in Lowdefy, of course...

For instance, "merge arrays of objects on unique-id attribute" function can be done natively within Lowdefy, even if it is sort of a monster ... but I can re-use it via _ref without worrying about the complexity, and I didn't have to write a plugin.

Also, emails are notoriously difficult to handle with regexes ... there is a sort of tradeoff between handling the 99.9% vs. the whole spec, so maybe it's best to leave it up to each user to pick their poison? ...I'm personally using _regex: '^(([^<>()\[\]\\.,;:\s@"]+(\.[^<>()\[\]\\.,;:\s@"]+)*)|(".+"))@((\[[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}])|(([a-zA-Z\-0-9]+\.)+[a-zA-Z]{2,}))$' 🤪
