Set default tool as ENV or URL-parameter

Hello,

Another option we would like to change would be to have the pen as standard tool instead of the hand. Maybe it would be possible to set this as ENV or URL-parameter.
Actually the board chooses always the hand on board-startup. In our usecase it would be perfect if we start with the pen or set this as URL-option.

Maybe an option for future releases :-)
