App consumes a lot of CPU even without interaction

Steps to reproduce

open the application after installation

Expected behavior

the application would decrease cpu usage after a while

Actual behavior

the application continues to use a lot of CPU

My Device

Windows 10, 22H2, i5-1135G7

Version
0.6.6_x64 (for Windows)

Other details
for comparison purposes, while I'm using Brave browser consumes about 7% of the CPU, and leaving Local AI in the background consumes about 24% of the CPU.
