Pinch-to-zoom gesture zooms the entire UI #90

Describe the bug
When using pinch to zoom on a laptop trackpad, the entire UI zooms along with the canvas.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new file
Pinch to zoom with the trackpad
Error occurs

Expected behavior
UI should remain static (same position and size) when zooming.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11
Browser: Edge
Version: 104

same with ctrl+scroll, ideally we could fix both
