Currently heroku and staging deployments are not functional.

Software source:

Steps to reproduce

Click and see the results from deployed links of heroku and staged deployment.

Expected behaviour

These deployments should be functional.

Actual behaviour

Both of these are not currently functional.

Is there a way to limit the number of tweets that get harvested? This could help to limit the resources.
