Clean up unused components

Please cleanup unused components, e.g. check the following:

• Unused Javascript e.g. in https://github.com/loklak/loklak_server/tree/development/html/js
• SUSI components e.g. in https://github.com/loklak/loklak_server/tree/development/src/org/loklak/susi

@singhpratyush Should I remove complete js folder except settings.js, loklak.js and also remove the susi folder as all files in them seem to be unused?

@marvin08: You should do a thorough check before removing anything to ensure that they are not used anywhere.

A good way to do this can be removing all unused imports from every file and then your IDE will suggest the components that are not used anywhere.

And yes, if something is not used anywhere, you can delete it.
