When extracting text, targetPickingStrategy takes effect, but not when translating text

When extracting text, I can set targetPickingStrategy to most-similar, but this configuration does not work during translation, so it will always prompt me to choose a target path to store translation text. I hope the translation function can also set 'targetPickingStrategy'`, thanks
