How enable the extension without "valid project"

I'm making my own i18n lib for Rust and I'm tinkering around to make i18n-ally work with it, but rust projects don't need either package.json, pubspec.yaml, composer.json or Gemfile, so I get this output:

🕳 Packages file "pubspec.yaml" not exists
🕳 Packages file "composer.json" not exists
🕳 Packages file "Gemfile" not exists
⚠ Current workspace is not a valid project, extension disabled

Is there a setting I can modify in .vscode/settings.json or .vscode/i18n-ally-custom-framework.yaml to tell the extension this is a valid project and should'nt try to look for those files ?

Even when creating a package.json I get this output:

my .vscode/settings.json is:

So it seams like .vscode/i18n-ally-custom-framework.yaml is not accepted, it must be .yml, did'nt catched that...
