Please provide demo server for better understanding what it is and what features logchimp has.

Hi @mittalyashu , it's true having a demo instance would help evaluating the tool before spending time to set up one.

EDIT: note the documentation is talking about yarn (https://logchimp.codecarrot.net/docs/install/source) where pnpm is used. The set up is not straight forward.
