docs, repo, and ubu package are broken and wrong

• Ubuntu bionic packages (from the distro) are missing config file examples, etc.
• Trying the official lizardfs docs and adding the repo via cut/paste of the exact command posted ... fails. Debugging shows: no release file, no cert ... because the complete directory is missing from the packages.lizard.com (which also appears to have moved to dev.lizardfs.com
• Trying to access dev.lizard.fs.com shows only focal (20.04 Ubuntu) supported

Team lizard ... please update the docs. This has been a total waste of time for me, and I assume, others.

I guess the only trustable way to use lizardFS is:

• Compile from source yourself
• If you can find a proper package, then archive it locally to be safe
