pymongo.errors.ServerSelectionTimeoutError: 127.0.0.1:27017: [WinError 10061] 由于目标计算机积极拒绝，无法连接

这是因为没有连接pymongo，win+R打开命令行，cmd，cd到mongod.exe的路径下，输入mongod.exe --nojournal --dbpath . 即可（注意最后还有一个点）

还得打开neo4j，cmd命令行，输入neo4j console
