Source Maps not working: update coffeescript version 1.7.1 -> 1.9.3 #104

Source maps are not currently working on Chrome with Coffeescript v1.7.1, however v1.9.3 seems to work.

The comments around the sourceMappingUrl seem to be the problem.

Works: //@ sourceMappingURL=index.map
Works: //# sourceMappingURL=index.map

Doesn't work:

/*
//@ sourceMappingURL=index.map
*/
