Add Orchestrator profile name from ENS records #171

With the new ENS profile update the default Profile Name is currently the registered ETH Domain Name.

We can use the field "Notice" under the ENS records to display a Profile Name instead of the Domain Name, similar to how 3box worked.

If another txt record fits better we can use that instead.
