USBC works perfectly, but TB3 eGPU (RX560 puck) doesn't. It gets listed in sysinfo: PCI as display | VGA compatible controller but that's pretty much it. Reappears, when re-plugged (hot plug works), but there's no output to external display. Sometimes it gets listed as RX560 eGPU, but without driver installed (in PCI section). And Sysinfo is showing that ominous Thunderbolt: nodrivers are loaded message.

Could anybody help with this issue? Please?

UPDATE: eGPU is found when system is booted without 'P52 thunderbolt 7540-no usb' patch. It still doesn't show up in the thunderbolt tab, nor PCI (SysInfo)

Use the latest release please, the pre-lease one.
If you wanna make the Thunderbolt controller display in the "Thunderbolt" device tree, you need to flash the thunderbolt EEPROM using external hardware. I don't recommend you do that due to the high risk, which will your brick your P52.
If you really wanna do that, please Search "HacMini" in Google.

Good luck

I've managed to get TB3 devices (such as eGPU) working only without P52-thunderbolt 7540-no usb.aml in ACPI folder.
I'm booting the P52 with clover should i try OC?

I've removed P52-thunderbolt 7540-no usb.aml in the OC version. In the future, I'll only focus on the OpenCore version. If you want to get the latest OTA updates from Apple, I suggest you use OC bootloader from the latest release tag.
