a memory leak issue

Hi，I found a memeory leak issue when I try to create http3 server with lsquic, at first I reported it to boringssl because I think it's boringssl's issue, after discussing with them, it's not severe enough. So I put here to notice everyone who want to run http3 server with lsquic on small memory device. Links below:
