What are the units for the values used for the engine settings?

Are these the same as defined in RFC 9000?

Is this defined somewhere?

es_idle_timeout is in seconds while the respective transport parameter according to RFC 9000 is in milliseconds.

Is e.g., es_init_max_data in Byte?

Also how were the default values for the transport parameters chosen?
