Coloring out an Image

Hello,

i want to use LC for Kids to color out images. The Image has only black lines with transparent background. How can i embed the Image (maybe as Watermark) so that it will stay in Front? My drawing should only be visible on transparent areas. The Lines of the Image should ever be in Front. Do some one understand what i mean?
