Background image is not showing sometime

Hi ,
I have used extensively literallycanvas/literallycanvas in my project . I have used a background image under the canvas but when i load my form some time the background image doesn't show up ...but when i hit zoom it shows up ..what could be the problem behind and what could be solution ..i am adding some screen shot for you pls help me with a solution when i load the from it doesn't show the background image but when i hit zoom button it shows up.
