Publish version 1.0.0 to npm

@irskep I recently merged and created a version 1.0.0 with breaking change of using the new core package. But I don't have permission to publish, so who does that part? If you like I could try and setup CI to do it automatically like I did with the core.

I probably have to do something on the npm site. I'll try to do it this weekend.

In the past I've just published from the command line on my machine.
