So I have read Issue#103, but still couldn't figure out if it was possible to configure Qt Creator in a way so that syntax highlighting and text prediction could be enabled. I successfully configured my project looking at the minimalqmake.pro example but not having syntax highlighting is a big minus for me.

Do you still have this issue and is it really related to Fluid?
Syntax highlighting is usually enabled by default in QtCreator. Did you check the documentation about it?
