Display current time only if it is within a given range.

Description

Just like there are thresholds for various sensors, there should be thresholds for displaying time.

How will this be useful?

Warns the user that it's time to stop working, for instance.
Or that it's actually time to work, you do you.

This is a good idea, and should be quite simple to implement.
